SHIPPING POLICY

Made-to-Order Processing

All Kai’s Novelties products are made to order. Production begins after an order is placed and is separate from the estimated delivery time. Production times may vary depending on the product and print provider.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and the estimated delivery window for each order are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery times vary because our products may be made and shipped by different print providers.

Please note that the Dairy Mom Ayrshire V-Neck T-Shirt currently has an estimated Canadian delivery time of 13–35 business days. Other products may arrive sooner. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information by email after the order has shipped. Tracking information may take a short time to update after the shipping label is created.

Separate Packages

Items in the same order may be produced by different providers. As a result, products may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. Separate shipping charges may also apply and will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order enters production or ships, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If an order has not arrived by the end of its estimated delivery window, please contact us using the email address listed on our store and include your order number. We will review the tracking information and work with the print provider or carrier to investigate.
